Shipping Terms and Conditions

HOLD FOR PICKUP OPTION:

When placing your items in the shopping cart, if you would like your items held for pickup at your local post office, please check "hold for pickup" in the shopping cart.  

To guarantee live delivery, the below Shipping Terms and Conditions are applicable by purchasing through our website.

• If shipped to a residential address, someone must be available to receive the package as soon as delivered.  If no one is available, please indicate by checking a "hold for pickup" when you order.  In addition, you may request that your local Post Office hold your mail.
• We cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended upon delivery.
• We cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier delays.
• Larvae are perishable under extreme weather conditions and should not be exposed below 40 degrees or above 85 degrees for long periods of time while contained.  
• All Calcigrubs.com orders are shipped Monday - Thursday. 
• Orders received after 12pm CST on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
• Orders are shipped via USPS to your designated address.
• Please ensure that your address is correct with the payment method chosen.  We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
• Any DOA's need to be reported within 4 hours of delivery for a replacement.
• Orders that are placed before a national holiday will ship the following business day.
• Free shipping only applies to customers in the Continental US.
